Pool Walk to Vilano Beach Pet & Family Friendly Close to Historic Downtown

This home had more than enough room for the 6 of us. It’s a short walk to the beach or a quick drive to beach access with showers. It’s only 15 minutes from downtown St Augustine and it never felt crowed like St Augustine beach. Check in was a breeze and you’ll receive a message with those instructions prior to your arrival. The owners supply everything that’s needed to make your trip enjoyable including a beach wagon with 5 nice beach chairs and a lot of beach toys for the kids. Every appliance was top notch and worked great, including the washer and dryer. If you’re a coffee drinker they have a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. We never ran out of hot water, even with all 3 showers running at the same time. There are smart TVs in all the rooms and the WiFi worked great as well (they will send you the WiFi login info on the day of your arrival). In all the property is located in a great spot with easy access to the beach, restaurants and nightlife.

We had a blast at this property. So close to the beach and very thoughtful host. They responded quickly if we had any questions.

I grew up around St Augustine and bring the family back every year for a week of beach time. This house and location are perfect. It's just a short walk to the beach (maybe 5 minutes) and the access is directly across A1A. The house was clean and everything was as advertised. The pool was great as well and was a perfect hangout after time at the beach every day. The hosts were great and responsive. We will definitely be staying here again.

It was a nice place and location. Plenty of extra towels, regular and beach. The walk to the beach was very short. You do cross a two lane but it was manageable. Would stay again.

We had a great family weekend. The house was perfect for our family and we loved being able to walk to the beach and play.
